I can cook western food like coleslaw ,beef steak, mashed potatoes with butter chicken ,stir fried vegetables with steam fish ,pasta with prawn .I also know how to cook Malay food like nasi katok chicken ,fried fish with coconut milk and curry sauce, chicken curry. I can cook a Filipino dishes like chicken and pork adobo, chicken soup, buttered shrimp, Filipino pasta, fish steam. I would love to learn more recipes preferred by my employer. I can easily follow recipe guide from cookbooks and any other preferences.
